  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml shrimp cooking liquid
  • 80 g mayonnaise
  • Salt, cumin, and pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves

Preparation

  1. In a pot with water, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic, cook the shrimp. Once cooked, remove from water and set aside.
  2. Chop the shrimp and blend them with the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and shrimp cooking liquid until it reaches a thick consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
  3. Serve with toast or crackers.
