- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 50 g cream cheese
- 100 ml shrimp cooking liquid
- 80 g mayonnaise
- Salt, cumin, and pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
Preparation
- In a pot with water, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic, cook the shrimp. Once cooked, remove from water and set aside.
- Chop the shrimp and blend them with the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and shrimp cooking liquid until it reaches a thick consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Serve with toast or crackers.
